Our leadership is built not just on business acumen, but on a shared, deep-rooted passion for Ethiopian specialty coffee. The first pillar of this team is Mr. Teferra Anbessa, our President, who has been a pillar in the Ethiopian coffee community for over 30 years. He is the master craftsman who manages every stage of coffee production from the highlands where he organizes cooperatives to his state-of-the-art cupping lab in Addis Ababa. He personally guarantees the consistent, specialty-grade quality delivered in every container.

The other half of our leadership is our Director, Zelalem Abahana, who serves as the vital bridge connecting our origin expertise with international markets. With 17 years of experience in strategic management and analytics from firms like Wells Fargo and Deloitte , he ensures the coffee moves with integrity. He oversees logistics, finance, and partnerships, keeping our operations transparent and data-driven.
